Obtaining Benefits for Disabilities Unrelated to Your Military Service
It doesn't matter how you became disabled or whether the availability of non-service connected disability benefits was something you considered before deciding to join the service or not — you don't have to struggle to survive financially just because you became disabled after you left the military.
The help is out there and we can help you get it.
If you are an Ohio resident and need to file a non-service connected disability claim with the VA, the law firm of Shifrin Newman Smith Inc. can help you make the strongest possible claim and obtain the results you deserve.
