DEBRA SHIFRIN: According to Congress, a person must receive a ratings decision before they should contact the attorney for representation before the Veterans Administration.
All three of the attorneys in our firm who do veterans cases have been certified by the Board of Veterans Appeals as well as we have all been admitted to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C.
