Scott says- Social Security has created a frustrating process. People are denied at the initial  level and have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before they have a hearing to determine whether they are disabled. They are there subjected to filling out numerous forms, seeing doctors on a regular basis, abstaining from anything which may be considered harmful to the case or noncompliance with Doctor's orders all the while receiving no income and for many others no medical insurance. As representatives, we share in your frustration. There are many days which we wish we could change the system and make it fair to those who are truly entitled to benefits. I welcome any client, or other person, who has questions about this process to call me so I can help you understand that there is an end in sight. We are on your side in this battle against Social Security. These battles we do not like to lose. We ask that you persevere and do not give up no matter how long the wait nor the circumstances that would seem to be lined up against you.
